I was in London on Canada Day this year, at a garden party at Buckingham Palace. What's funny is the Queen was in Canada and I was at her house. The next day I saw the remnants of the big Canada Day party that had been in Trafalgar Square. There was a covered wagon food stall selling curly fries. I teared up a little.
